S50 turbo Trm chip Idles very rough once warm

so over the weekend I installed all my turbo stuff on my s50, when i start the car it runs and drives great for the first 10 mins but once it's fully warmed up the idle really fluctuates a lot to the point where it Almost stalls out, when this happens the a/f shoot up to 18-19 and the vacuum fluctuates from about 20 down to 15.

What I have done so far is went over the entire vacuum system all my
Lines are set up in the correct orientation for a turbo car, it doesn't look like I have any vacuum leaks

The motor was running great prior to the turbo install with a steady idle when warm and compression test was all within spec

I am thinking this is an issue of once the ecu goes into closed loop, but I'm not too sure what to start with, I am going to do a leak down test along with a smoke test to see if that will show any issues but I'm thinking it could be a bad o2 sensor maybe? Any help would be appreciated I did a few pulls with the car it holds boost great and a/f ratios seem safe under load

        S50 turbo

First thing I did was contact trm they said it was a vacuume leak but I have checked over all connections that's why I'm here looking for other suggestions

          s50 rough warm idle

so I have looked a little further into my problem I ended up replacing the following and im still having the same dam issue

          -intake manifold gasket
          -throttle body gasket
          -tested tps
          -tested icv- cleaned re installed
          -replaced all vacuum lines
          -epoxied icv fitting into manifold
-epoxied fpr vacuum fitting into manifold
-teflon taped intake air temp sensor -re installed
          -re gapped plugs to .25
          -tightened valve cover

soo my next plan of action will be to replace the coolant temp sensor along with the 02 sensor and see if that helps my issue

I also initally installed my TRM chip backwards in the ecu I am thinking maybe that could have damaged the ecu? the issue i seem to be having is only once the car has warmed up and i believe switching to closed loop- I have a spare 413 ecu im going to swap the chip in and see if that does anything

            S50 turbo rough idle

Bump for suggestions, i replaced my 02 sensor last night with a used unit, the problem seemed to be a bit better but wasn't completely gone i may buy a new one and see if that does it

sounds to me like you're having the problem once your're in closed loop, pretty much once the DME is supposed to take over. it's not making the necessary adjustments for fuel, spark, and etc. i would definitely swap out the dme or chip.

Contact Sharky here, maybe he could give you some insight. He's in Southern CT.

                  S50 turbo rough idle

I will contact sharky and see if he can offer any help. I also am assuming that this issue is when i go into closed loop, and i know when the ecu goes into closed loop its starts reading more sensor such as 02 sensor Etc, the coolant temp sensor is actually what makes it switch but is their anything else that the ecu starts reading in closed loop? when i disconnect the 02 sensor or the icv the idle is stable but super rich around 10-11 a/f and im pretty sure by disconnecting a sensor it forces the ecu back into open loop or a limp mode

im going to get some live data of the injector duty cycle tps and a/f ratios to see if i can figure out anything from that info, i also need to hook up the check engine light and see if its throwing any codes

                      S50 turbo rough idle

So just an update on my issue
-swapped in brand new 02 sensor
-ohm'd out coil .08 on all coils
-wired up check engine light- no codes exist
                      -swapped in a 413 ecu

I did all this and still no change, the only thing i have left to do is Swap in a new coolant temp sensor,do a compression test and a leak down test. i will report back with what i find, a friend may let me borrow his new snap on scanner if he has the correct adapter to get some live data

                            S50 turbo rough idle

when i unplug the 02 sensor the car idles fine but idles around 11 A/F ratio which is way too rich, when i unplug the 02 isnt that forcing the ecu back into open loop?

Yes, ecu goes into open loop.
