TCD S-2 intercooler reservoir leak - JB Weld or?

The TCD S-2 system uses a water-to-air intercooler. The reservoir was mounted such that it was touching a body seam in the front clip which chafed against the aluminum reservoir causing a leak. Can I use JB Weld to fix the hole or what is recommended?

I'll try to add a pic and hopefully YouTube link in a minute. Want to get this up first as I typed up the post on my iPhone 6 then the page crashed.

    Thanks, guys.

    Weld it.

Epoxy like JB weld is a temporary repair if it works at all.

I would also like to weld it, but JB weld will definitely work.
Just sand it down bare all around the area and let it cure for 12(?) hours or so.

You can also bend that sheetmetal or cut it pretty easily.

Got the hole welded up today and it looks good to me. I guess I'll touch up the powdercoat texture with a bit of matte black spray paint I have in the garage.

By the way, thanks for the tips ak and TheTacoMan.

I don't want to cut any sheet metal so I think I'll start by putting some rubber pieces as a buffer between the reservoir and the body. If I do a crap job of that, I'll get engineering in my factory to figure it out.
