Need to rebuild my turbo. Any suggestions?

Where can I send a used GT2871r to be rebuilt? No one in Buffalo feels confident enough to do it, so I need to ship out.
Looks as though a pebble (or something even smaller) jumped in and dinged up a compressor blade...and consequently, a hot blade.
I'd also maybe like to upgrade if possible. It has a .86 a/r on the hot side, and a .6 a/r on the compressor side. Any jump in A/R would be helpful right? This is to be used on an M50b25 non-vanos with lower compression and a few other goodies.

all depends on what you plan to do, if you are going to autocross, then more ar might not help, but if you want to out dyno your buddys corvett, then big housings might help

you can change the fan yourself, but I am pretty sure you can't do a full rebuild on a bb turbo...

can be done, i saw a parts list floating around but i never copied it, someone can do it, but it is mucho $$, pull it apart and see whats up, what is wrong w/it? is it a steel or ceramic wheel/bearings?

the big guys can do it, persision, turbonetics i think
