M30 turbo running too rich only on boost

So I finally got my M30 turbo finished and exhaust done. So i took it for a drive today and it runs fine off boost. I have an LM1 and on idle and daily cruising, i'm running 14.5-14.8 AFR, so i'm not concerned with that. I tuned my AFM and am satisfied... OFF BOOST.

Once I boost it and it gets in the higher RPM's, I start to run 10AFR and 9.2 was the lowest. At that point, the engine stutters and kind of gives up. Hesitates and dies. In other words, boost sux. I'm running 9psi. I turned my RRFPR all the way clockwise to tune for the least amount of fuel pressure on boost and it's still giving me 9.2 A/F. What's the deal and how do I fix it??

Are my spark plugs not firing on boost???

I'm not adjusting my AFM again, I got it back 25 clicks and it's idling perfectly.

hahaha, i'll blow my HG! I'm already running at around 8-9psi w/ stock HG.

It boosts nicely only until i get above 4krpm, where the HP really kicks in, but it just stutters and uber-riches up. It's frustrating and I hope it's an easy fix. I"ll try to get in touch with todd tomorrow and see if he has a suggestion I haven't thought of.

Try swapping the stock FPR back in maybe?!

I figured it out. It turns out that I didn't put a restrictor in my vacuum signal line into my RRFPR. Toning that signal down really lowered the fuel pressure at positive manifold pressure. I'm good. Thanks guys.
