I know that stock m20 rods can handle 19psi of boost and over 400ft lbs at the wheels. Can stock m42 rods handle 15-20psi of boost and not bend?

Rods don't bend because of power or boost, they bend because poor tuning is allowing knock. Any rods can handle any power level (at a reasonable RPM) if your tuning is right on.
