I'm pretty sure the m10 and the m20 have different exhaust bolt patterns, so no, that would not work.okay.... now im getting somewhere. im very sure of every part.. and what the part does...
im really serious about this... i was wondering if maybe i can buy one of those m20 325 turbo kits and chopping off 2 pipes on the turbo header... will the bolts line up??
oh, and no i cant weld but i have a handy dandy man that can for me... (wow, that sounds kind of gay doesnt it?)
where do i start?
p.s i guy with a subi wrx has the stock tubo and he said he'll sell it to me.. good investment?
Also, I'm going to guess that a stock subi turbo will be too small to be worth it.

Totally off topic, but hey, a free bump for the kid. Good & tight, what is going on with your car? I seem to remember rumors of a 24 valve swap, is this true? If that is the case it will have to be one bad ass S/M engine or I think you will be let down coming from that nasty m10. Your car was one of my fav's, it was all business.Matt

Why dont you ask your buddy with the s2000 to give you his? Oh wait it only made 30hp, thats no good.
For those of you not in the know..
a friend i went to school with had a turbo'd s2000 with stick mamnagment and it was nice but it took way too much to maintain it. high octane race gas and it was still a dissapointment. he only gained bout 30hp with the turbo and about 7 with race gas. those engine may be able to take boost really well but it takes too much to make boost inmo. it could have just been his setup but the turbo was a waste.
Oh and the ebay turbo kits.. You will end up paying the same amount of, if not more, money as a real turbo set up after you done making it work correctly. That Taiwan Ted manifold will fall a part, the turbo will take a shit, and the waste gate will probably not work correctly and you will over boost your motor. Talking from experience, I used to get customer cars with this crap all the time. If you want to boost your car, do it right the first time and spend the $$..Comment

in any case, take your time and research. spend money where it needs to be spent (a good manifold vs a fancy bov ), and dont be afraid to get your hands dirty. good luck.Comment
