hey guys im currently dissasembling a M52 motor waiting to go in my E30, i have currently a large Holset Turbo, my question is how much psi and power can a stock M52 handle safely, also going with S52 cams in the motor will it complicate tuning with the turbo?

Check out bmwSOB on e30tech.com Hes got a turbo m52 e30. I think hes pushing something like 30psi with a headgasket and studs and its internally stock. Probably somewhere around 600 or so whp.
And yes, bimmerforums is the place to be with a 24v turbo motor in any chassis.-ChrisComment
