M10 Engine Harness vs. S14 engine harness

Hello everybody,

i recently purchased a fixerupper M3 with a M10 currently installed
the car has been tracked and the previous owner did not want to rebuilt the S14 so he swapped for an M10 (why i don't know)

does any know whether this was a plug and play swap ?

and what would it take to put an S14 back in...?

any information would be appreciated

dude s52 that shit fo sho. Unless perfect chassis balance is really important to you that is, rebuilding the s14 will be hella expensive unless you can find a good used one, an s50/s52 out of an e36 m3 or Mz3 is a very poplular swap around these parts cruise the 24v DOHC section and check it out.
