Source an adapter plate, bore out the intake manifold, and go to town.

your local autozone should sell the adapters. they're a bit ricey, but they work.

02again (www.02again.com) sells an adapter that will allow you to bolt on a 325is TB to a 318i manifold for about 50.00. It is a bigger TB but without megasquirt/forced induction there isnt any value to doing this.
