    Higher Compression/Shaved head of a M10?

    Hello to everyone here! :D
I d like to know how much I could shave off the stock M10 head in a way thats "safe" as far as fuel pre detonation is concerned. How many mm shoud I go for? All the internals are stock and in a very very good condition...Something like 0.20mm will be ok with everything else in the engine "as is"?

A clip from Barry Burr's M10 Tuning Guide
If head is removed for any reason, shave 15 thousandths off if you want to stay SCCA stock legal, or 60 thousandths if you want to shave as much as conservatively safe as possible. I did one motor with a stock cam at 80 thousandths with no clearance problems.
