Found this Gem $750 AFM issue's..?

I found this for a friend who's finally seen the light. The car is solid minus the AFM.

-Will run when AFM is unplugged.
-When gas pedal is at a consistent speed the motor buck's
-won't go past 5K(limp mode)

Possibly fuel injector's? .02$ appreciated.
