    M10 Breather Hose

I am trying to get my valve cover breather hose out of my intake. I am using a hose with a small filter at the end that drops down towards the underside of the car. I want to do something a little less messy (and with less oil smell. Can I use anything else as a breather? Thanks

put a catch can inline so that you have baffles. otherwise crankcase pressure is just gonna force oil fumes out of the filter.

a can with some steel wool works fine. don't forget to empty it everyonce and a while

Take a peice of metal tubing, and cut one end of it at a 90 (flat and the other end at saylike 45-60 degrees and insert that end into the exhuast, having the long end facing the upstream direction. Connect the house to your valve cover. This is called a pan evac system, thereby making a vacuum inside the engine. Pulling the pistons down and helping to seal them better.
I will let you know how it works this summer.
