Need to know how to do two tests.

I need to test why my electric fan is on all the time, and also why my coolant temp moves to the on position when I turn the key but doesn't go up or down.

Second test would be how do I test if the MAF is working properly. I am getting intermittent engine failure when I come to a stop and press in the clutch until the engine is warm... most times... and also a slight jerk and lurch until its over two thousand RPM or I am full throttle. There are no air or vacuum leaks and All the plugs wires and injectors have been checked and the fuel is flowing perfectly... I need help!!!!! I know you all are the experts so help me out.

Electric fan is controlled by the coolant temp sensor (or the A/C if you have that on). There are 3 sensors for your coolant. 1 that controls the gauge. 1 that controls your fuel delivery. And the last is your thermo time switch. Check your cap/rotor to make sure they aren't too worn. Disconnect your cold start injector and see if that makes a difference

Where is the cold start injector? I need to order a bentley, but I have not gotten around to it.

Do you guys know the ohms of resistance for the three different coolant temp sensors on our M10 waterpump. I am coming up with multiple answers searching the internet.

The cold start injector is on the intake manifold. It has the vacuum line from the idle control valve and another small rubber fuel line going to it as well as a (mine is this color) blue injector plug on it.
