Parts for the 318i M10 are under the 2002 parts. Things not to buy for your 318i m10 from the 2002 section are the cam, and distributor. Everything else works. (Note, if you get their dual valve springs and STEEL retainers, my machinist said that the inner spring did not fit the retainer too well, and he had to cut the retainers down to fit). You can also get m10 parts from RaceTEP

RaceTEP header. It was about $200 shipped. I chose to have the oxygen sensor bung welded up higher on cylinder #4 (was worried about clearance issues) but thinking about it, the sensor isn't reading for the whole engine, so might be worth it to have it on the collector. On that note, I haven't had any running issues with it where it is.
Only thing I didn't like about it, was there was a little bit of slag on the inside of the runners. I was able to clean it out no problem real quick, but it's the fact of the matter. Other than that, it's pretty good

Nope. Project is still in its infant stage. Haven't taken pics or documented anything yet. When I pull the motor to do some work il start documenting, but for now it is a low key project.

Is it the 2.2 liter or the 2.5?

It's a 2.2. Not the best diesel, but I'm in it for the mpg. Only has about 60hp. I had a 87 300turbo diesel but the motor blew.

You can buy the cams from IE, just get a 2002 distributor cam gear to put on your distributor. Its the same thing all the 2002 guys do to run l-jet on their stock 2002 m10's. Here's a thread on 2002faq:
