HELP! Mad hesitations and dancing revs

So the car runs fine then after warmed up, the car would start with small hesitations and the tach will stat to bounce up. then later it would start to hesitate a lot harder and the car would start to bog down then die.
Is the fuel pump going out? ecu?
I have recently changed the fuel filter already. Any thoughts?

Does pulling out the sensor from the afm/airbox change anything?

Hmm try starting it normally with it plugged in. When it starts to bounce, pull out the sensor . If the idle doesn't level out, then I'm not sure. I just mentioned it because my car was doing something similar to yours and it turned out to be a bad sensor.

              Is your red CEL on?

Okay I will check that out.
Just want to clarify that rpm's start to bounce while acceleration and also rough idle.
