Guys thank you all so much for your input. I am sure all of it contributed to the resolution of my cars diagnosis.

It is now just over a week that the car has consistently started within half a second of first crank.

I ran 2 bottles of valve ease in my fuel. 85km later and the problem is sorted.

Car starts first time every time.

Valve ease? I read that as 85,000 miles, lol.

WM Penn Valve Ease by FUCHS

Its a product that cleans your upper cylinder head and lubricates any hotspots. Its basically a mixture of oil and the detergents that are added to higher grade petrol/gasoline and also graphite. Graphite so finely ground it passes trough fuel filter and injectors.

Hopefully your testing went well! I have the same motor and definitely lack the skills you have to even begin to figure out a problem. I own the same model and year in Delhpin grey. Thanks for letting me learns few things from your posts.
