m10 fuel pump relay wiring

Hello, I've been searching for the location of the fuel pump relay on a e30 318i. Seems like I have identified it correctly because its been clicking and my car has been running accordingly.

I took a picture of it. It's the one in the middle as far as I know. Could someone please verify?


When I wanted to replace it, I realized that it has round connectors on the bottom of it. Wtf? Do you guys just rewire it for normal relays?

pull the relay directly out from the top.
fuel pump relay for m10 is the far left one, it's square when you're looking from above.

Alright. Logically thinking last night I was guessing the same because ebay has those long square relays as fuel pump relays.

Any idea what the two near by rectangular boxes do? The clicking is also coming from them, or so it seems. Thanks!
