M10 head compatibility

I found a head for sale, the part number stamped on it is: 1 268 721 and when i search that on OEM it comes up with 0 results found. Real OEM says that the PN of the head that originally came on my e30 318 m10 is 1 273 918. This head doesn't have the injector ports in it, so leads me to believe that it may be compatible. Anyone care to verify if I could use this head with my current block? Production year stamped on the head thats up for sale is 83. Thanks guys.
