I searched and couldn't find any info, need to fix shifter slop in order to teach my son how to drive. Ordered bushings, but they are a two piece upper and lower design, and are held in place by a non removable spring clip. anyone have any input on this? Can i still replace with the Z3 1.9 shifter and carier? I have a full s50 swap for this car, that is missing a few pieces before it can go in, so im trying to keep cost down on parts that will be replaced later anyway. car currently drives fine but is hard to tell what gear its in, especially for a begining driver. any help is much appreciated!
