Z4M shifter inquiry

I picked up a shifter, pn 25117543193 which came out of a e85 z4m.

For my fellow e30 owners, I have some references:

25117543193 ; 25117516160 seem to be identical and fit vehicles:
Z4 3.0i (M54) Convertible.
Z4 3.0si (N52) Convertible.
Z4 3.0si (N52) Coupe.
Z4 M3.2 (S54) Convertible.
Z4 M3.2 (S54) Coupe

So z4 3.0i shifter is same dimensions.

For my 85 318i M10 powered, SHIFTING PLATE setup (seems to be referred to as old style for E30s), I ordered the following parts to eliminate as much slack as possible:

25-11-1-221-243 - O ring (2)
25-11-1-208-580 - Tower Mount (2)
25-11-1-220-439 - Yellow Plastic Washers (4)
25-11-1-434-194 - Rubber Buffer (Sponge) (1)
25-11-1-203-682 - Tension Bushing (1)
23-41-1-466-134 - Dowel Pin (1)
25-11-7-501-309 - Shift Rod Joint (1)
25-11-1-220-199 - Shift Rod Spacer Shim (4)
25-11-7-571-899 - Circlip (2)
25-11-1-207-744 - Lower Ball Cup Bushing (1)
25-11-1-204-422 - Buffer Stop (1)

QUESTION: The shifter came with a plastic ball cup for the shifter. Do I still need to order the lower ball cup bushing or not?

I took all the bits and pieces from my shifter and put it on to the new shifter. You will have to cut one of the pieces but it will work perfectly fine despite being cut on the new shifter.
