another m10 no start. please help.

Alright so I'm at a loss about now, I've searched these forums but still nothing will get it running. About 8 months ago it was running good til just one day it quit on me and never fired up after that.

The engine turns over but doesn't fire. Here is the list of things I've gone through and or replaced..

    Checked wires and spark
    New fuel filter
    New fuel pump
    New fuel pump relay
    Newish(working) FPR

I then discovered I had cracked intake rocker on #1 so I removed head and replaced with one from my donor m10.

I had read about slop in the distributor shaft and mine had a lot so I replaced it, I have confirmed in getting fuel to the rail but the return. Doesn't stiffen up. I've changed out injectors to others. And it still just turns over.

I'm at a complete loss of what it could be. I've experienced a bad ecu and it still ran with the one that fouled out on me.

You can hear the pump screaming but seems to never build up pressure and cut out. Could this be the cause? Could the in tank pump cause it to completely not start? That would be weird since I am getting fuel to the FPR

Please any help is greatly appreciated I'm not looking for some troll to come bash on me I'm looking for something that will get my car running

    Thanks for looking.

Do you have spark? Have you verified the ignition is timed properly?

Yes I have verified spark. And everything is in time I had pulled the head and changed to another head so all the timing was reset.

So I'm looking towards the in tank pump as the possible problem? You can hear the in line fuel pump whining and when you disconnect the connections of the in tank pump there is no change in sound.

Could the in tank be causing the no start symptom?

I've came to this in these past few hours. Getting fuel to a brand new FPR (just bought today) but nothing passed that. Unhooked fuel rail and took off all injectors turned key on and no fuel enters the fuel rail.. Anyone know what could be causing this?
