m10 intake manifold / tb question

I recently replaced the intake boot and the breather hose from the tb to the valve cover and should have tried removing the tb to clean it from the manifold/replace the gasket etc.

Is it possible to remove it and more importantly install it back w/o removing the intake manifold/fuel rail etc from the head ?
