Can an m10 chirp 2nd gear with good tires?

mine chirps 2nd....but its alot harder with 15's for some reason..

just got higher compression. umm 16" wheel. 80% left on the tires. what else.... umm... i just pop the clutch by sliding my foot to the side. it can rev up to 7k. maybe thats it.

you know what, i forgot what diff i have in the back. i know 1st gear is only good for up to 10 maybe 15mph.

what do most 84 318is rear diff ratio come with? i was on teh freeway doing 85 and im at 4000 rpms, felt like i needed a 6th gear, and i can barely get the wheels spinning in first but i got new tires and their pretty soft.

Infamouscrew02 3.91 should only help, maybe your car needs a tune up?

im check mine in a few, ill go mash up psh by my house and top out 1,2,3 lol with my bad head gasket but it gets up there haha,
