    Stalling while warming up.

I have an 85 318. Starts fine. Runs good while cold. Once completely warm, runs great as well.

Problem is right when the temp is in between cold and warm. Car will want to stall. Will continue to run if I floor it, then let off, and repeat, until its up to temp. Basically, will run great, only if floored. Will stall if idling.

Any suggestions on where to start? Don't know alot about these motors, but have some experience working on cars.

    Thanks.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check all of you air hoses and the elbow between the AFM and TB. You will have to remove it to thoroughly check it.
Also the hoses attached to the ICV and check inside the ICV to see if it's dirty.
