Need help

It started a few days ago

To start the car I would have to r3v it more excessively.

Today I went out to start it and it would turn over but I would have to hold the key till it almost red lined.

It sounds like a 4 stroke and smoke it coming out from some where under the car.

I am thinking its running rich...

So help would be great...

Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good.

Make friends with a mechanic, By the way you describe what's happening someone need to check some things (hands on).
