Engine pausing- intermittent problem... please help

Hey guys,

The eta motor intermittently pauses at stop lights and around 2k rpms. Funny thing is that it only does it when it's warm. Also the CEL comes flickers on same time the engine pauses. So we know that the pausing and the CEL light is working together....

So far i've replaced spark plugs and wires but no change at all. What else should I check next?

I was thinking my afm, coolant temp sensor, O2 sensor. Am i on the right track??

In the opposite order that you wrote that, yeah, probably. Get the codes pulled, see what it shows. If the CEL is coming on, there will be codes stored.

I'm getting two flashes from the CEL which I think means the O2 sensor. Would a bad O2 sensor cause the motor to pause like this??

yea, my car just started doing this, but not on idle... when I get to 3000rpms I notice the car seems like it's gonna die and mis idle... but once I get passed it's fine or if I change gears below 3-4000rpms it doesn't do it... but I notice less power and lots of gas consumption...
