325e with 2.5 head swap running rich

First post here so bare with me. I have a 87 325e with a 2.7 bottom end with the 2.5 head swap. The car sat for about 5 years before i finally decided to get off my ass and do something with it. Currently as it sits it runs but not well. It feels like a misfire, I have no afr guage but i know its running super rich. White smoke from the exhaust and it's leaking fuel out of the exhuast port right above the oil filter at cylinder 1. So far i have replaced all 6 injectors, spark plugs, wires, fuel filter and the FPR. Not sure where to go from here so any insight would be great. Thanks in advance!

Leak gas from exhaust thats not good.

First thing to check is the injectors harness round connector below intake manifold open, inspect and clean.

Assuming stock, Narrowband O2 sensor working (or time for replacement)?

Replaced injectors and no longer leaking from exhaust. 02 is used so not sure if good or not. Can't seem to get the stomp test to work. External pump is screaming so I have one ordered along with another new filter. Getting alot of bucking while under acceleration, what seems like fuel cut. Not sure if that's the pump or my dme is taking a dive.

Check the crank position sensor. One time I installed the wrong CPS for my car. Someone near me had a used one, but when installed it mounted 90 degrees out (cable pointed forwards). Couldn't accelerate above 1000 RPM w/o the engine cutting out. Totally undriveable. Might be a similar situation to yours.

Bucking under acceleration might indicates afm problem maybe dirty carbon track give it some cleaning be careful not to scratch it and see.
