    Without radiator and fan

I have a '88 325 IS (autotragic). Its without radiator and fan. Will it effect won't start the engine? Because I just bought it recently. There were no radiator and fan in it. I wanted to see if I can get it started the engine without them. Must have them put together before can get it start? Please any suggestions will be appreciated. It does have fire and have good fuel system.

It was part car as original. We decided to fix it up. It comes without radiator and fan and muffler.

I am using my son's screen name.

It will pump all it's trans fluid out if you crank it.

I guess I will fill it out once I get engine start.

I mean it will really pump it's fluid out, like a small fire hose, big mess.

Not to mention it is not a good idea to have an automatic tranny pumping nothing.

I better get it start soon as I can. I know I cant start the motor without connectin air box's plug. Whats other that I need to check and connect to confirm that engine will start?

I know that there are some wires that connected to radiator in my 86..325es. Does that wiring will affect the starting problem?

The wires on the radiator should not affect starting the engine.

Dude, the pump works whenever the engine is turning.

truth, it just doesn't route pressure to the rest of the trans in P/NOP: you could get hose and loop the trans lines for a VERY temporary test-fire, but don't let the engine run for more that 10 seconds or so. No coolant = bad idea
