    Engine keeps flooding Help

YesI have searched and haven't found anything usefull on a m20.

I pulled the motor m20 19lb injectors and 027, changed the head gasket and some other stuff. Put it back in and some how a wire going from the fuel pump relay to the C101 went bad. 15 ohms. Changed harness from a good 325i. turned the key and POP. I think its the 027 AFM so I changed it with a stock one. It started but now won't cause I keep fouling out the plugs.

    -CPS and coil test good.
-TPS doesn't test within specs (has 2 ohms closed) shouldn't effect start up though

    HELP!!!!!!

are all the plugs the same condition?

you might have one or some leaky injectors, did you get new injectors or at least cleaned injectors?

check your return line on the fuel system. If that rubber hose is plugged up then the fuel will stay in the fuel rail rather than returning to the tank. This might cause the injectors to be under extra load. Which might cause the fuel to build up in the cylinder.

Either that or do as said earlier and check your injectors. they maybe be bad injectors.

I ran these injectors for about 4 months and them the motor came apart for 3 months awaiting parts. I got them from ebay. They said they were cleaned, they looked like it too but could have been just solvent. They are also design 3's.

I will check the return hose. But how with an air hose and listen at the tank or spray air into hose at fuel tank end and let it spray on the motor??

Spark plugs are all in the same condition and all flood out the same.

If the TPS tests bad, wouldnt the engine use something besides the default idle map? If the engine thinks there is partial throttle, I would think that would affect startup.

But I can't get my car to idle right, so I am probably the wrong person to chime in on this thread.

If I have time tomorrow I will try both of your ideas. Swap FPR and blow the return line through

also my car had a bad TPS when i brought it home.
it would also load up and flood out. I'd get that TPS fixed as well.
