fan hitting rad

the only reason i have heard of this happening is engine mounts are gone. how do you go about checking that? please use detail lol, im new to this. also , any other reason the fan may be hitting? I think this may be the only really big problem with the engine in this car.

easiest at home/limited tools way would to put a wood block on a floor jack and put some pressure on the oil pan. It should be pretty obvious, and most likely the passenger side.

Make sure your fan shroud is not cracked also. My fan contacted the shroud and snapped three blades off including one into my new rad while i was in traffic on the highway.... I now have ditched it for an electric fan on it's own circuit...
