replaced fuel pump still no start

hello i dont hear the fuel pump come on..even before i replaced it is there a fuse or somthin???

There is both a fuse and a relay. Fuse is #11, relay is in the relay box mounted in front of the left strut tower. It's one of the two that are the same. Placement varies, but mine (a 92) is in the middle.
