    m20 sport ignition wires?

My old school mechanic mentioned these to me, anyone ever heard of them?

From his description, they look different and were a late addition, sometime in the late 90s...

Quick forums, realoem and google search yielded nothing, thought I would ask...

    Looking for a part number...

    Thanks
    ZM

I would not lose any sleep over it ZM, let's say that I still have to find any situation in which replacing the spark plug wires from OE will give you a measurable gain in any fashion, especially speaking of modern german cars.

I understand, but I have to replace the wires since they are damaged, Im curious to see what these are all about.

        Anyone else?

sounds weird to me, late nineties? the e30 had been out of production for a while by then, and by all accounts the oe plug wires are the best anyways.
