    2.7i Cooling Hoses

I was reading on strictlye30, or whatever that site is called, and the guy that posted that said that I would need all new cooling hoses. I have a 87 325e and bought a 89 325i motor. I have the head off, I need to pick up a gasket set, a four connector o2 sensor, and the belt that runs around the alt., water pump, and damper. What coolant hoses do I need, will any of the ones that I have fit or will I need to purchase all new ones? Thanks

    Josh.

Well considering it tells you which hoses you are looking for and it sounds like you're going to be using the early i/is cooling system go to realoem.com plug in the specs for an 04/1987 325i/is and go to the cooling system. look at the pictures and match up the part numbers. there you go.

Well, you're going to be using the head off the 89 right?? The 89 tstat housing is going to use newer lines than the 87 don't you think?? Are you going to use the 87 tstat housing?
