what year radiators (used) will fit my 325is?

I am looking for a radiator for my 1988 325is. I have read that there was some kind of model changeover in late 1987 for the radiator fitment. Is this true? I assume that the only radiators that will fit will be from the 325i/325ix/325is, and not from any of the 318 or 325e models.

I found a local parts car, a 1987 convertible 325i, so I was hoping to buy one from this person.

The crossover date is 9/87. A quick check is the location of the coolant reservoir. If on the right side of the car, it has the early radiator.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Sorry to bump an old thread but is the radiator mounting actually different between E30's or just that there is no third outlet on the radiator for the reservoir on the late E30's? Need to swap some core supports around and I need to know if I need the core support to match the '89 M20B25/Getrag260 I'm putting in my clacker '87 325 since I cut out the bang'd up rusted out crappy ass one.

No difference in the lower mounting points.
