Found a Super ETA - help with 2.7i parts list

Okay I just found a super eta at the salvage yard near my house and I think Im gonna pick it up for $300... What else outta that car am I going to need? Its coming out of an '88 528e (the afm is missing but everything else is there).

In my car now I have a full 2.5i conversion from the original '86 eta. '90 i motor with 134,000 miles, new timing belt and water pump, 173 ecu, harness, intake, full exhaust, afm, and all the works to make it go stock-like-fast... I mean that really is a fun car to drive, also put in the 3.73 LSD rear end!

So, in my garage I have an complete 2.7 eta engine, possibly with a blown head gasgket (haven't opened it up to see the dmg yet after I over heated it and had oil everywhere, hence the motor swap, but it cranked over and still ran really strong after it cooled down, and before the swap).
I assume the lower internals from the eta will be fine and maybe even the block, but I have a feeling the head will be toast. Sooooo, that lends me to think that I can use most of the internals from the Super ETA and some of the stuff from the i motor and be all gravy with a 2.7i huh?

What am I missing? I'm always missing something...

    Bump for a little help?

Will it be worth it to take the booster and master cylinder? Is the one outta the 528e a better unit?

So things I think I will need so far are all after market/updraded parts (somone correct me if I am wrong here):
    New Cam 284 with springs
I have to drill the 884 head right for the extra channel?
    Valves? Sleeves?
    m30 AFM?
    17# injectors?
Megasquirt - which one? Will I eventually want to do the megaspark too?

    FOOOK back to reading...
