Wow, I'm definitely interested now that it's only $299 for the sensor, adapter, and chip. Looking at the dyno sheets, looks like they gained a great amount of power. I wonder if those are typical results, or if the motor had other work done. Any chance you'd be going to a dyno sometime in the near future for runs with the AFM and then with the MAF?

I think I might have to go with one of these for my track car.

    Wait, I'm a little confused.
Your setup looks great, so as awful as this sounds, I want to copy it.
What chip are you running with the MAF?

MPG seems to be improved at least going uphill at 2500rpms. The car does not run rich for more than 5 minutes after the ECU has been reset, which I found amazing, it used to take 2 days of driving to have the car smooth out, now the car just starts and goes. The power delivery is definitely different, the bottom to midrange just pulls so much harder than before, I was driving at about 1/2 throttle and the car shifted at 3500rpms and the tires chirped into the next gear, its really torquey feeling between 3k-5k. I will definitely make a video on how cool the car sounds now, the induction noise is crazy with the setup I'm running.

I've already put 100miles of just driving like a mad man on the car within 24hours. Either my AFM was really bad or this is just the best bang for the buck that I've gotten. The car is running way more efficient, throttle response is great you can just romp on it and it revs really freely.

I'll probably get videos this weekend.

    A quick Babelfish translation reveals:

That's probably the best translation I've ever seen from Babelfish, lol.

Been through about 6 or 7 tanks of fuel since it was installed, mileage has improved with the Miller MAF.

Still haven't run it on a dyno probably never will but the power better and all around "smoother".

Just so you know... The name is Daniel, Liam is my youngest son's name.

I was banned a while ago, came back, played it cool for a while... Kind of enjoyed helping out the mechanically semi-inclined.

I still consider the e30 the best car BMW ever built and will continue to drive mine... However they are played out and I just don't have the time.

    Be Zen.

I am also interested in the MPG with this MAF, whether it has gone up or gone down.
