    which year water pump to use for 2.7i swap?

    I'm at my local autoparts store and dunno which year water pump i need to get.

    I'm putting together a 86eta block with 87 2.5i head.

    Please help asap.

    it really depends on what radiator/expansion tank setup you're using. late model radiator/expansion tank uses the late model, "i" water pump. etc

      My expansion tank is on the passenger side of the car. i radiator though. I'll be using the i-tstat housing

          Pretty much the diff between the years is the direction of how the plumbing is routed??
