i have had my exhaust manifold off for around 3-4 weeks moisture may have found its way into the ports. the last time i turned the motor was 2 weeks ago and now i just put on my new flywheel and clutch (wrench on crank pully i thought was holding it) and i went to go turn the motor and it wont budge!!! :x

Unless you stored the engine under water, moisture entering the internals from the air via the exhaust ports won't have seized the engine in a few weeks. Revisit the flywheel installation to make sure it is installed correctly.

when i was torqing the flywheel bolts the crank did not move one bit. i guess i could remove the flywheel, although i dont think its that. couldnt hurt right just to check it

ok so now iam starting to think the bolts that were given to me with the flywheel are way to long and they are hiting the back side of the block when i torq them.
i bought the 8lbs alu flywheel from IE and iam talking with them to help fix the problem.

yup its the bolts that hold the flywheel to the crank they are tolong and going into the back of the block. IE is going to hook it up with new bolts!:-D

the starter is not hooked up i am turning the motor by hand
