Mark D + 19lb inj = no start

So I did the injectors and and 173 w/ the Mark D 19lb chip and now it's not so starty. My guess is there's no fuel in the fuel rail, cuz it all leaked out when I pulled out the old injectors. So is there any trick to getting fuel in there? What else am I missing?

Are you sure the chip is facing the right direction?

The fuel system is a flow through design and the rail will fill within a couple of cranks of engine.

Are you sure that the chip is correctly installed? Will the engine start with the stock chip installed?

I am actually not sure about the chip in the right direction... I made it so that the writing on the label was oriented the same way that it was for the chip in my old ECU... I will switch the chip and see. thanks for the input guys. I'll let you know.
