        is the hydrolic headlight fluid tank capped off on the 325? Is the flux capacitor charged in the 318?

          318 hands down, ive driven both, 318 wins every time no matter what engine the 2 cars have.

              Seeing as how the 318 is an 8 cylinder, yes, it wins every time. They usually just sell for less b/c the motors are less reliable.

                OP: they didn't even sell a 318i in the US in 1989, and do you enen know what the difference is in a 318i and a 325i?

                      That would be a close race, someone should put them side by side and race them and post a video so we can see the results. My bet is on the one with 7 fewer cylinders.

                        But keep in mind the 325i is FWD, so it could have some traction issues in a 1/4mi comparison.
