    What car and year?

What pressure is there at the rail when cranking over the engine?

I have a 1988 325I And the fuel pressure I don't know how much it is but what I know is that it has a lot of pressure, i replace the fuel pump like 6 month ago and I bought a 255 LPH one but the problem is that injectors don't get electricity

Knowing that it "has a lot of pressure" is meaningless. Too much or too little pressure and the engine won't fire. The only way to know if you have a fuel system problem is to measure the rail pressure.

Since you have an 88, the engine harness has the C191 connector. It routes injector and temp sensors signals from the main engine harness to the injectors and sensors. Being below the throttle body it can become corroded if the throttle body heater hoses spring a leak.

Open the connector and see what shape the pins and sockets are. Also peel back the boots and check for corrosion there. If the connector looks good you'll need to ohm out the Bank 1 & 2 injector signal wires from the DME to the injectors and ohm out the injector power circuit.
