M20B20 unburnt fuel smell

My M20B20 smells from exhaust, very bad also on high revs it puff black smoke!
apart this runs smooth, idle is perfect, pull pretty good, and doesn't make any problems but this smell of fuel is annoying.

Any tips what to check?

o2 sensor, spark plugs, wires, air filter, probably a combination of all of them.

i have this started 2 days ago and i suspect my plugs gonna change them today

everything except O2 sensor is brand new, car is regulary serviced, o2 sensor was checked and tester says it's fine.

Any more ideas?

my friend checked blue temp sensor with ohmmeter, readings are fine

check the fuel line right where it connects to the back of the fuel rail, mine rotted out there and didn't really leak but it smelled horrid.
