    possible fan clutch

I think the fan clutch is going bad, I have a high reving noise with increasing RPM's, It still seems to spin at high rpms too, is this early signs of it going bad ? will it eventually not spin?

The noise could be from the fan clutch, or it could be from the alternator, ps steering pump, water pump or A/C compressor or even loose belts. You need to find out which.

You can test the fan clutch to see if it is working correctly by dragging a rolled up newspaper against the blade tips with the engine idling. When the engine and radiator are cold it should be easy to stop the fan, but once the engine and radiator are at operating temperature it should be hard to stop the fan.

An automotive stethoscope can be used on the alternator, ps pump, and compressor to see they are the source of the noise. I'd just remove the fan to eliminate it as a suspect, at which time you can check the water pump.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
