Simple, You must switch to stiffer springs and lightweight valves. Also, Advance the cam 4 to 6 degrees, if possible. This will cause the intake valves earlier, trapping more pressure in the cylinder.

Korman Cut back Valves
Schrick High pressure springs
Look into better retainers also, thats a given.
