Which way does an m20 spin?

Yeah, the crank bolt is torqued to over 300 f.lbs. You will definitely need some sort of breaker bar. What's the project?

The crank bolt is standard thread (lefty loosy to remove). The engine spins clockwise as viewed from the front. The crank bolt is a mean bitch sometimes, why are you taking it out? You don't need to remove it to remove the pulley, or do the timing belt, if that helps.

Golly, I've searched for the last 20 minutes and am still REALLY confused! Which way does an m20 spin? Do I have to have a ratchet on righty tighty or lefty loosy to get the crank bolt out?!
