It's pretty straight forward, start removing all the things in the way. Some leave the intake manifold attached to the head and remove the head with it, some remove the manifold. Do you have the bentley?

Remove exhaust, drive belts, distributor cap/rotor/upper timing cover. On the cam sprocket there is a mark that lines up with a mark on the head that tells you where TDC is. Once you take the vibration dampener off the crank, there is a notch on it that lines up with a mark on the lower timing cover (also one on the block but sometimes hard to see) to tell you where TDC is. Line both of these up. Then remove timing belt. Remove all coolant hoses to radiator. Remove intake/valve cover. Loosen all head bolts and remove them. The head sits on dowels in the block to align it properly so it might take a little bit of pressure to remove it. Once it comes off the block, make sure nothing else is attached and you should be good to go. Installation is "reverse of removal" :) Kind of.

            Bentley

You can get them cheaper on Amazon, etc. This is pretty much a must-have if you ever want to work on your car. So much info.
