Small coolant leak after PS rack change

So i replaced my PS rack a few weeks ago and ever since, I am getting a few drop a day coolant leak that seems to be coming from the back of the engine and is dripping down off the transmission case.

I cant figure out where its coming from. The only way I figure I got it was from lifting the engine a little bit to get the old rack out. Probably not the right way to do it, but I loosened the motor mounts and lifted the engine using a block of wood on the oil pan using a floor jack

Any suggestions on what may be leaking?

sounds like you punctured the heater hose that is clamped to the back of the head

Ok it looks like that may be the issue. Take a look at the below picture. It's on the backside of the head near the firewall. Looks likes the hose is pinched/cracked near the hose clamp. The hose is only about 8" long and connects to something that I have no idea what it is.

Anyone got a part number for this hose?

The original was a single hose from the back of the head to the heater inlet (lower tube)
