follow up- 2.7 stroker: 2.5 & 2.7 piston/rod combo w/ pics

    yes, sometime back. I think they have customs for around $800.
    I believe am going to go 2.7 lower with 2.5 upper. Then maybe some day, go turbo. I thought about going m52 crank, but can't seemed to find one. I have heard this to be an easy alternative and with good power results.
    Anyway. good luck with your search. I came up empty handed. I won't say this can't be done... i am in Midland (nowhere) TX. The problem i have found with shaving the top is then getting the pockets right. The motor guy here in town said i would spend about $600 for flat half*** pistons. Another $200 and i could get customs.
    I will give it another month looking for the m52 crank and then i will put together the 2.7-2.5, give it to my daughter to get through school. Unless i find the crank.

      My how things change so quickly..

      I am dropping the idea on shaving.
