Throttle body connections ???

I think you are talking about the metal elbows that were pressed into the throttle body. In time they loosen and result in small intake leaks. A good fix is to remove the throttle body, clean the bore and elbow with Acetone or Naptha to remove all traces of oil and cement the elbow in with JB weld. Allow the epoxy to cure overnight before re-installing the TB and hoses. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
