    Throttle body connections ???

What is the best/proper way to seal the ICV connections that attach to the sides of the throttle body?

I think you are talking about the metal elbows that were pressed into the throttle body. In time they loosen and result in small intake leaks. A good fix is to remove the throttle body, clean the bore and elbow with Acetone or Naptha to remove all traces of oil and cement the elbow in with JB weld. Allow the epoxy to cure overnight before re-installing the TB and hoses.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

i was hoping you'd chime in. Thanks for the advice.

My dad used something thats not JB weld on it. Probably permatex. It lasted a couple years, but I just started getting a lambda code while idling.
