M20 Injectors 1 hole or 4 hole?

I'm planning on doing an injector refresh and want to order the rebuild kit

I haven't pulled the rail yet and don't want to 'till I have all the parts ready to go. The description of the kit asks you to specify whether the injectors are the single hole or four hole pintle type. The DIY I read had pictures of the four hole type, but I thought I'd ask here. Is there a way for me to tell if I have one or four hole injectors without pulling the rail?

dont bother, jsut buy the ebay one that is already rebuild for 50 or less. It not worth refreshing the 14# injectors.
